Cavolo Broccolo Spigariello Foglia Riccia

Leaf Broccoli. 75 days. Widely grown in Southern Italy, especially Puglia. Grow as any broccoli. Set out 6 week old transplants any time during growing season, or direct seed. Space or thin to 18” apart. Eat the leaves and little broccoli tops. Very tasty. The more you cut, the more it grows. Make soups, or braise and use with pasta. 10 grams = approximately 3,000 seeds.  Produced by Gianfranco Fuscello Sementi in Southern Italy.
