Certified Organic Seed. Excellent tasting shell bean. 70 or so days. Productive, fairly early. Excellent in soups, stews or just cooked with some sage & served at room temperature with a drizzle of olive oil. Plant after soil has warmed up well (around last frost date); untreated beans will rot in cold soil. Plant one seed every two inches, thin to one every six inches. Space rows 12-14 inches apart. Pick when pods have colored up (red/white) and are plump. Make succession plantings every two weeks for a constant supply over the summer. 40 gram packet. Approx. 100 seeds.
